Not that kind of aids

Never used a blind-spot mirror before, but it's nice and makes it safer for lane changes too, maybe I am getting old.

I know CSB 0/10

not if your C pillar is thick and hard to see. why not remove your mirrors too since you can turn your head.

I had mirrors and blinkers both removed from my car.

Weak, I removed my brakes a long time ago. Fred Flintstone is my idol.

I've got them on my Jeep, saved me several times when idiots fly down the road and cut in and out of lanes.

I love blind spot mirrors.  Another thing you can do if yuo don't have one is lean your head away from the mirror, which changes the field of view in the mirror without really having to crane your head around.

My car has a feature where I tap the turn the signal and it flashes three times, which doesn't sound like a big deal but it's pretty convenient for lane changes.

never driven any real vehicles, huh?

just because you can turn your head and look in your geo metro doesn't mean that you can in everything on the road.

it bothers me now to drive something without those mirrors

Some of the 2010 Ford Mustangs have those installed from the factory to eliminate the HUGE blind spot caused by those stupid rear-seat headrests.  Even adjusting your mirrors properly (which normally obviates the need for supplemental mirrors) cannot solve the problem.  I think they are a good idea.

PS for 2011 I believe Ford installed flip-down headrests for the rear seats so the problem is solved.

This feature is so simple, but so convenient.

I drive on 3-4 lane roads every day to work.

My mirrors are adjusted so that even compact cars are either in my mirror or directly beside my car and i can see them out my side windows.

There is no blind spot.  Good thing, because the C pillars and tiny rear seat windows make it really hard to see.
