I like snakes. I had a few as pets when I was a kid. I see non-venomous snakes on my property from time to time, and I leave them be. But I'd kill that sumbitch in a heartbeat. Like I said, I believe that they are threatened to some degree. Not sure if they are officially protected though. I understand that they are not usually fatal or particularly dangerous. Quoted:
