I'm selling a Saiga 308 v21 on here that I bought FTF from someone a few weeks ago. I was wondering if it will raise any flags when it is transferred to the new buyer, since it was never in my name? I know I have to include a copy of my DL to the FFL, so I was wondering if my name is somehow attached to it? Thanks |
There is no "in your name". (at least legally, god knows what the ATF does behind close doors with 4473's from defunct FFLs)

No No No what you are supposed to do is scream and yell and say there is no legal requirement to ask for my ID and I am not going to give it to you a scrap of paper with a barely legible hand written address is all those stupid fucking FFLs need because the ATF is so reasonable and nice if this particular weapon comes up in a investigation besides that asshole is making $300 an hour to do the transfer its the arf way |
