I would contact them all immediately and use the fastest and/or best offer.

If it is BCM or Global Tactical I would give them a week before contacting them again. I would then give them another week. Never has it taken either of them more than a day or so to get back to me.

If it was CTD, Spikes or Daniel Defense I would give them 87 seconds.
