So what he's saying is he grabbed his balls but didn't squeeze? Seems like it would work, just holding someone's nuts would stop most guys as they tried to figure out what was going on but the risk of permanent damage to the testicles is too high. Then again if they're putting their nuts in the position to be grabbed by cops them not being able to reproduce is probably a good thing.
