The scary part is these flash mobs could be used to strike traditionally harder targets.
7-11's and Sears are fun, but what if they went to a courthouse, prison, train terminal etc. Maybe they were organized under the guise of protesting for a local criminal/hero (Think Mumia). These kids might not even know they are being used. Now say the organizers were actually a sleeper cell with a few operatives wearing suicide vests. or planting explosives I can't think of a better diversion than kids. It is pretty scary to think that this amount of peiople can show up and overwhelm security at will. This is a real bad trend that has started , and the potential for disaster is real bad. |
