One of my co-workers brought this in today. It was found dead in the neighboring Republik of Illinois. It presumably died of natural causes, but was too decomposed to know for sure.

Apparently he has one. It did come from Illinois after all, probably get a 2 year sentence for having that rack without a tag there...
