Without watching I'd guess Rick Nielsen ( Cheap Trick ) ......he's had some weird shit over the years

ETA: Pretty damned cool , but dont look like him ( as I remember him )

Awesome music and awesome talent.

However it is a regular guitar with extra harp strings attached.

I can't play the kazoo, so I'm not criticising in the least.
