China's military is developing electromagnetic pulse weapons that Beijing plans to use against U.S. aircraft carriers in any future conflict over Taiwan, according to an intelligence report made public on Thursday.

Ummm, pretty sure the DOD is aware of EMP issues what with the whole spending a couple decades assuming nukes would go off with all the associated EMP effects.

Few seem to think that China is a potential threat... This could prove to be our undoing.

Of course we're doing a pretty good job of un-World-Powering ourselves... We don't need a war, China just has to out-wait us.
