looks like a HK-91 or G-3 with a scope and cheek pad, I know HK made a version like this but the nomenclature escapes me.

The currently offered rifle of this type is called an HK MSG90 7.62 which would include the adjustable butt plate and cheekpiece, along with a PSG1 trigger. Factory option scope is a 10x Hensoldt.

I think it is actually a G3SG11 though because it has a shorter barrel and different butt stock.
