 Saw this on I-5 on the way home today. Old school metal Tonka truck.

Funny, but....The DOT could ticket him, as all rolling loads on open trucks or trailers,require a minimum of 4 tie downs. Hell even non rolling loads up to 10 feet require minimum 2 tie downs.
And DOT cops have NO sense of humor. That portion of their brains are lobotomized at graduation.
