I hate this god forsaken place. Been a resident of my town for 23 years, and I get a LTC-A (license to carry-A) but it has restrictions Target/Hunting which means I can only carry when I go either target shooting or hunting. No CCW.

Interesting...I didn't think MA did that...
SOME judges in some counties in New York State place restrictions on carry permits just like that..."for target/hunting only." So you can only carry to and from the range, and to and from hunting fields. The good thing about NYS is that these restrictions hold no real force of law...Liberal activist judges think that it is in their power to "create" their own kinds of carry permits, even though there is no such thing as a "target / hunting only" permit. So in NY, you can carry against those BS restrictions...they COULD yank your permit if you are caught, but it is not a crime. |

A LTC is at the discretion of the Chief of police in your town. |
