My wife and kids are stuck at an airport in D.C., can my wife access the USO services there even if I'm not with her?

That's what I'd think too, but the airlines have fucked us in the ass royally today, so I figured they'd get screwed there too.

Thank you for the confirmation everyone! Relaying it to the wife unit now.

The airlines messed up their flights all day today and they finally got to DC and they said all day today the airlines have been taking their sweet time on stuff and they ended up missing their flight. So now she's stuck there with 3 kids and now they can't find her luggage!
