Just a little guy from Nepal. What harm could he do?
I know that Sikhs and Nepalese Gurkha's are a different people, but they both come with a very strong warrior tradition. A few weeks ago there was a thread in GD about a Sikh that was set to graduate from Army BCT. Half of GD was up in arms because he was able to keep his beard and cultural head gear. Would those same people have a shit storm over this Gurkha wearing his cultural headgear in service? (if he were fighting in our uniform instead of for the crown) |
