"An illegal immigrant suspected in a fatal hit-and-run accident in Des Moines has been arrested in Arizona.
The Border Patrol said that Feliciano Diaz, 25, of Chiapas, Mexico, was arrested south of Phoenix on Monday for being an illegal immigrant.
