Awesome! That's a great looking dinner. Did you brine the chicken breast, or was it OK to go as-is wrapped in bacon? I would normally brine it but I didn't get reduced sodium bacon (old guys talking here; feel free to tune out) so I just used what I had, cheap, thin shitty grocery store bacon. |

Most people screw up their food by messing around with it, poking it with thermometers, opening the grill too often, stuff like that. |
