Been there, done that. For about 4 months last year, I got about 9-12 hours of sleep within about each 7 day period. About 3-4 hours every 72 hours. Sucked hard. I was on all types of anti-depressants, sleeping pills, all the natural stuff, running several miles every night and working out before bed trying to tire myself out. Alcohol worked, but not all the time. Almost lost my job over it. The fix? I decided that it needed to stop. Stopped all the meds, drinking, and decided I needed to sleep. One of the triggers I think, was that I counted the rifleshots that killed a fellow officer from my bed one night. It was 11 shots. Only you can make it work. Good luck. And get some sleep.

Quoted: Fibonacci numbers, squares, or multiplying by two. None of it helps me that much. I can usually get myself to sleep within 30 minutes, but if I start waking up every 30min then it's hard to control. Only have insomnia in bouts. I love Fibonacci numbers. It is amazing how they translate into currency trading strategy and bring me profit. |
