The Affliction shirts I see a lot less of, but when I do, it's usually on some 135-lb. scrawny, peach-fuzz-faced pill addict lacking the coordination to tie his shoes. |
The last time I went to Europe, my German friend had me go buy a pair of T-shirts from EH for his daughters - 2 one-size T-shirts = $255!!?! When he was paying me back when I got there, he asked me if lots of Americans liked to wear that stuff? I told him - just the urban youths.  |

What gets me is that all the douche nozzles that wear that crap, act as if they are dressed up. They'll throw on some $400 leather shoes, $300 black pants, $400 sport coat, and an overpriced t-shirt. I don't care what you paid for it, it's still a damn t-shirt. You're not dressed up. If I owned a trendy night spot, I'd have sign like that one too. |

When I bartended people in Ed Hardy and Affliction were more likely to start fights and tip shitty. They would be the same fuckers who would order a miller light, pay with a $100 bill and then throw a hissy fit if I asked if they had any smaller bills. |

RIP PBR. As for the ghetto-clan comment I made earlier, I wasn't talking specifically about Ed Hardy. Hollister started out as a clothing store aimed at the high school kids in a California style of dress, now I see the ghetto-clan wearing it. Then there's Lacost, Tommy Hilfiger, Polo... The only reason they haven't invaded the ultra high ends clothes yet is because they haven't saved enough welfare checks. |
