I've been shooting sporting clays recently. Haven't shot trap or skeet for over 6 months now. The Huntsman Senior Games are coming.... Shooting – Trap & Sporting Clays | Oct. 10 - 14, 2011 Purgatory Clay Sports, a part of the Southern Utah Shooting Sports Park, will be the host venue for this amazing event. Quietly tucked amid the stunning red rock vistas of Southern Utah’s Color Country, you’ll feel like you’ve taken a step back to a simpler time when life’s pace was a little slower. Of course the silence won’t reign for long once the barrels start smoking and the clay pigeons start flying. The event will consist of plenty of shooting options including Trap, Skeet and Sporting Clays. ATA Rules will govern trap events and NSCA rules will govern the sporting clay events. You definitely won’t want to miss out on this action. I am planning on competing... |

If they're Super-Handicap you did good. Next time look into Remington STS or Premier for a (IMO) superior trap load. That said, you could teach a monkey with a wicked case of ADHD to shoot trap. Come shoot some sporting clays with us. I shoot trap for the same reason I play poker on Monday nights. Social function. I shoot clays too, just not as often. |
