There will be a one week extent ion. Then they will trim $45-$50 mil from the budget. Both sides will declare a victory. Charlie sheen will get arrested again

Shutdown is stupid... government employees stop working, but still accrue pay/benefits. They just don't get their paychecks until after Congress passes a budget.
