Ok, Got a check from ScumBags at Bank of America. Overpaid the escrow.
437 bucks in Evan's pockets. Plan to give half to wife for her to play with. The other 220 (yes, I charge a small fee for processing and handling) is for me. Gotta decide: Surefire Aviator Spyderco Military and Surefire G2 TAP Ammo for my 223 Hookers and Blow not an option (happily married x 18 years).

Why blow it? Put it back towards the mortgage principal. I currently send about 300-400 bucks extra a month towards principal. I have traditionally any small windfall on frills and any large one (there has been only one!!! 2500) on debt reduction. I have paid off one truck. The other one I am doubling up on payments on my wife's truck after sending an extra 200 for 2 years. No credit cards. So, I have one truck payment that will be done in 15 months if I can keep it up (OT at work) My mortgage that I am paying down and about 38000 in student loans at very low interest (258 per month) that I also put an extra hundred on. Haven't decided what to do with the extra money I'll have when pay wifes truck off. Put it towards Mortgage or finish off student loan. |
