I've been wondering this, how do you guys live in Japan (or any country) when guns are banned there? At least, I am told owning guns is illegal there. Many of the ARFCOM members who are in Japan are military, or otherwise there on a temporary basis. bingo... my brother is watching my guns while I am here... his reward will be a CMP M1 Garand, he just doesn't know it yet. |

Oh, okay. I was like I just don't understand how a fair amount of people could live in a country where firearms are illegal while being so interested in them lol Best of luck to you guys |

Any information about effects of the tsunami or tidal surges further south, say in the Hiroshima or Yamaguchi prefectures? All we're hearing about is the major damage up north. I've heard rumors that the entire east coast had some flooding. Not really as I can say. I have seen that various areas have had some large waves come ashore, but it was really not too bad, According to what is known, the areas north of Tokyo (areas around the earthquake) got it the most(they got most of the damage, the tsunami, etc.). There will be simulations released and more that show this in detail. |

There is atleast one member that resides in Japan that I am concerned about, this member had posted his experience to get a firearms license in Japan. This member also posted a picture of a shotgun (possibly a saiga, or something similar?) This member posted in a thread about swords or something along those lines.
Need help with the members that reside here. Thank you. |

For whatever reason, there are members that reside within Japan, that are unaccounted for. I fear the worse, and pray for the best. Thank you very much. |

I gave the search engine a quick run through, and not any results matched. I am concerned there are members in need.
Thanks Nolocontendre and everyone. Honestly, there are alot of thanks to be expressed, members here, the US military, etc., I am sorry I cannot name everyone at this time, but thank you!!! |

Lots of people here need alot of supplies, and the US military has been an unsung hero in this regards.
Thank you. |

Glad to see you're okay, Desu, along with the other JPN members. Thank you Wunbadweel. To anyone, I feel that there are members that are not accounted for, and that feel are in need. I feel for some reason, a member needs help, yet I am cursed to not remember the thread that this member posted in, as I can only remember the picture and process this member posted yet the keywords I had searched did not turn up the threads with this member. I must know these members are ok and safe. Thank you everyone. |

Desu I wouldn't worry to much brother, they are saying all .mil are at 100% accountability, it is quite possible our other ARFCOM brethren in arms are out in the rubble cleaning or working and don't have access.
I wonder if we could get a mod to pin this or if it would even classify as tack worthy? |

Aye, but I just feel that there was a member that was an expat that was not in the .mil, thats why I am worried. Thank you, Desu |
