We were reviewing some film footage last week that had been shot the previous week and when I saw myself, it was interesting. Face wise, I was fluid, into it, but body wise, I was a rock, still, stable like Gibraltar.

On some points that's good. I think that's part of the prowess people see in me, the "No, I don't want to take on". Further, I have a mental outlook, belief, that I never want to be out of control, always in control. One of the reasons why I don't drink in public because I never want people to see me out of control. There was also the look of what years of physical training could do, that through me, there is muscle memory that enables me to accomplish the task at hand. To me, it is rather that amazing that for all the stress I have, I still place rounds on target with effective accuracy.

But on the bad side, it quite stood out on the film, it was quite unnatural.

So....what to do, how to change that outward appearance while keeping the physical training benefits built up over decades?
