It's been a while since I've done one of these so I figured I would blow the dust off of the camera and give it a shot

Tonights dinner is dry aged Ribeye, roasted red potato's, sauteed mushrooms, bread, and a little lettuce and tomato with fresh cracked pepper.

The ribeye was grilled on my Weber Kettle grill with lump charcoal.

I let the meat rest after coming off of the grill for a full 10 minutes before cutting into it. Note the lack of juice on the plate. It's in the meat where it belongs

The meat was from the local Wegmans and was pretty pricey. But in my humble opinion it was more than worth it. I could have used a butter knife to cut this steak it was that tender. I'm off to drink my burboun and enjoy my cigar before it gets too cold out.

A good, solid 10 here.

Excellent presentation.  The only thing I could think could be improved is the lighting (slightly), but that is minor.

Your culinary skills are far superior to my own.

Full of win! So much for the eye to digest, bravo. Good food, weapons, and drinks. 9.5/10. Would have preferred Romaine or raw spinach with tomatoes. Is that Buffalo Trace Whiskey?

Yeah and neah, Eagle Rare 10 yr old is currently made at the Buffalo Trace Distillery.  Buffalo Trace is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon and Eagle Rare is a Single Barrel Bourbon.
