I like Glisson's quite a bit better, but Liberty's closer to me, so that's where I usually go. Why'd you move from Indiana to Illinois?

You have to come back to southern Indiana to satisfy your cravings for Grippos and Ski?

dumb arse that owns it wont sell anything and has a sign out front that says "NO PARTS FOR SALE DONT EVEN ASK!!!" and the obligatory "TRESSPASSERS WILL BE SHOT'

We have one here that sells parts for Dirt cheap, no warranty, and no returns. Cash only. But for the prices, if it doesnt work, you're not out much.

We have a couple of "pick your part" type yards nearby. They are fun to visit but as a toyota truck guy, they are all but useless to find parts at. Any trucks that actually make it to the yard are picked clean instantly or too damaged (total burn) to salvage anything from.

Since I live in a place where cars don't rust, the yards often have cars from the 60s and 70s. Saddens me to see perfectly restoreable cars wind up in the yard but at the same time I often find them with large sections cut off. You just know those parts are going to restore or keep another one of the same car on the road. Some die so that others may live.

Local yard doesn't charge for hardware so I have wandered the yard with a small cordless impact and a coffee can to load up on oddball metric hardware for my trucks.
