| Sorry to hijack but I was actually thinking about this today when I heard the radio talking about the guy who was targeting Bush and how he was making "improvised explosives". What is the point of saying "improvised"? If something is explosive, why not just call it "explosive"? Aren't they all assembled? What makes it "improvised"? Improvisation to me means that you were restricted on time and material. WTFever. |
