I found it for sale online locally. Owner hasn't replied yet and all I have to go on is the picture and that it is 22LR.

There used to be tons of single-action .22lr revolvers out there, mostly at bargain prices, so it could be anything.....

Looks a lot like an F.I.E. "Ranger"..........el-cheapo made in Italy.....Imported in pieces, then assembled in Miami in the 80's-90's by FIE ....100.00

It looks like it's missing the ejector rod/housing....if so, 50-65.00......

ETA: So cheap, they are actually banned from sale by dealers in South Carolina...........
