Age of consent in most states is 16, legal drinking age is 21, legal voting age is 18, and you can't rent a car till 25. So by the logic of the majority of the United States, 40 year old Billy Bob can knock up Susie Joe before she gets to drink, vote, and rent a car. Makes sense right?
