For all you business people, say my company is charging $100 an hour for me as a consultant. What is a fair percentage of that amount that I should be getting/negotiating for yearly salary. Figure benefits of about 15-20% of pay.

The one has nothing to do with the other.  Even if we knew how much overhead was involved, there is no "right" answer.

So basically what you can negotiate for without going way outside of industry averages? Thats's what I've been operating under, just found it curious seeing the before and after side of my $.

In the IT consulting world, for our project techs, we try to have them billing 2.5 to 3 times their W2 wages. Based on what we've heard from many other companies in our field, that's a pretty good target to shoot for.

You should get paid as much as you can get them to pay.  

They should pay you as little as they can.
