I need a driver for a usb to serial 9 pin cable adapter. The only way to plug my dive computer to my computer is using serial 9 pin plugs which neither my desktop or laptop have. I tried using gogle without much success. The link it suggests are dubious. I need it for XP and Vista 32 bit

Usually the USB->DB9 or DB9->USB come with a mini-CD that include drivers?

Do you have any type of model number?

there is a "driverless" version of this adapter out there.  We had a bunch of them for use connecting to routers/switches in the event that a terminal server was unavailable.

This site:

Has a few suggestions on how to make stuff work, and a couple links to sites which might have applicable drivers.

I know it's not much, but it's all I've got at the moment. I sent a link to this thread to a couple of my more savvy friends, if they give me any relevant information I will post again. In the meantime, enjoy this Bump Classic.
