Modding every electronic device that goes through my house.
XBox, computers, dead DVD players that become full media center PCs with no change in apearance, Nintendo DSi's, RC trucks (make$50 cheapo RC trucks into full hobby grade crawlers), etc etc etc My wife thinks i have a "problem". I just call it a hobby. |

It's fun 'cause you never know WHAT you're going to find. last night I went to an auction and got a Player Piano (In EXCELLENT condition) for $35! It came up late in the auction and everyone had pretty much "shot their load" by then and it was going to go away for $30 so I flashed my buyers card and got it. It's got 1,200 songs with it and I'll make 3-4 times my money back just selling THOSE! I also got a BEAUTIFUL 1940's RC Allen adding machine that looks like the original owner went out of business like a week after they bought it ('cause this thing is MINT/ unused) for $22. Eh...I like old shit though...

flying ham radio model helicopters (trex 450/700) xbox(not too often anymore) electronics/microcontroller experiments used to do alot of offroading used to play paintball until I got into real guns(automag/autococker days) used to be involved in politics quite a bit (cpac, ofcc, campaigning, etc) 4 sky dives( 3 tandem 1 solo)...i want to base jump one day cycling––-going on a tour late summer, southern tier adventure cycling route |

Auto stuffs Getting out of this apartment and into a place with a garage, I'm either going to buy an old YJ and swap in a Cummins 4BT or find a donor miata and build a Lotus 7 replica, haven't decided which yet. ETA: That was post 2011... its a sign! |

There is never enough time for all of my hobbies!
- playing guitar and drums - reading - pc games - strategy and rpg types mainly and the best of all... WARHAMMER 40,000 It's a table top war game. There is a ton of back story to read. The story is awesome if you like sci-fi and battles. You build and paint your own models to use in battle against your opponents! The game is tons of fun if you enjoy battle scenarios and strategy and junk like that. 3 hobbies in one! FOR THE EMPEROR!!! |
