I've always had trouble with this for some reason.

I get annoyed by a lot of the grammatical mistakes here on ARFCOM, and with many of them it's the repetition that gets me.

I saw a new one the other day that I still can't figure out, and now that I've noticed it I'm seeing it more and more.

Quess. Or, in lowercase, quess.

Yeah, that's "guess" spelled with a Q.

That's not a typo. The two letters are not in anything resembling close proximity to one another. I can't see how this happens by accident.

It's not a phonetic misspelling.

To my eyes, the letters don't even look the same. G Q g q
