Is Condi Rice a conservative?
Does she have what is needed to be a successful Republican Presidential candidate?

She has said in several interviews that she is not interested.

She would be a great president. And she's WAY too smart to want the job.

In other words she would make a great president but is too smart to do it.

I have always been impressed with that woman.

To bad she quit politics, but I can see her side. The commies would try to destroy her.

And I would vote for her in a heartbeat if she ever decides to run. I have always been impressed by her.

Didn't she support Barry on color alone? If so, not so smart that I can tell.

I don't think so.

She is a 2A advocate.  She told stories of her father and some neighbors patrolling their streets armed.

rino neo-con. no thanks

She's good on her feet.
She thinks well and speaks well.
I just don't know anything about what she herself believes.

Still, she probably is too smart to consider the job.

Not electable, she's hated almost as much as Bush.
12/21/2010 12:35:19 PM EDT
[#11]
She would get my vote.  Actually, she wouldve been a stronger candidate than McCain to compete for the 2008 Election vs Pres Obama.  Different views have said that she didnt run b/c she did not want to be perceived by the public as being the Republicans choice to nullify the Minority vote(Both Race and Sex)!!!

You are right she is too smart for the job b/c thats what they wanted to use her for!
Now 2012....who knows Colin Powell and C  Rice........hmmm.

Kind of nifty.

She has a new memoir out.

Rice meets with Obama, then defends his administration's approach

Rice rolled her eyes at the notion that Obama is a closet Muslim, and
she defended him from criticism - led by former vice president Richard B. Cheney
- that Obama had weakened the country. "Nothing in this president's
methods suggests this president is other than a defender of America's
interests," Rice told an audience that included presidential adviser Valerie Jarrett.

She knows Russia better than Putin himself.  She would make a better president than zero, but my Siamese cat would too.

Pass.

She's probably conservative on some issues, but I generally consider her to be liberal as she is pro abortion and what not.
12/21/2010 12:57:27 PM EDT
[#18]
She doesn't want to be President. She wants to be NFL commissioner.
12/21/2010 1:08:44 PM EDT
[#19]
She'd be a damned site better than the last 3 presidents.

I have my differences with her, but she's very impressive.

She's also probably unelectable.

She's cut from the same cloth as Colin Powell. Conservative right up until is comes to color. Color trumps all. She's unelectable anyway.

Yup.  And she would be great at that.

I like her, always have, just way too smart to want to deal with it.  She is well-spoken, smart, thoughtful and carries herself with class as opposed to that other person people leg hump all the time.

I never 100% love any candidate from any party, but she is electable for sure.  She just will not run.

Shes a big affirmative action supporter, so no she is not conservative. You either believe that everyone is equal under the law or you don't. She doesn't.

What is this stuff about her having info about the 9/11 conspiracy?

A co-worker of mine goes ape shit every time her name comes up, saying she knew about 9/11 before it happened.
