Also the media fails to count that about half of hispanics vote for the people who are supposedly oppressing us here including Joe arpaio. We also polled against any form of amnesty here . Youl never see that fact getting out on the news though. |

I understand that but I also understand that the media is always looking for the juiciest, most controversial thing for ratings. The Tea Party was barely a foot note for most media outlets until they started digging for dirt. The more they tried to dig, the more coverage it got and the more publicity it got...for the better. This isn't to say that that anti-amnesty immigrants/natural citizens should purposely try to get the media to start digging for dirt, but in the age of pop culture, even one well known celebrity talking on oprah about this would start people talking and get the media coverage started. Law-abiders are never the one throwing rocks and shutting down streets in protest and the media doesn't "see" a story in hard working Americans going about their daily lives. |
