What kind of pocket knife do you guys carry?

I have a little Gerber that I carry with about 3" blade. It's one of the kind of tacticool flip open knives with the straight and serrated edges on the blade and a nice little point.

I have a CRKT M16 that I never carry because the screws that hold the clip on keep coming loose, and I have a Gerber knock off of an M16.

I rarely use a pocket knife for anything, but I'm curious about what other people carry.

Victorinox.

I use the scissors, cork screw, can opener and screwdrivers more than I do the blade.

If someone manufactured something similar with thicker blades and liners and better scales I'd grab it in a second.

Sounds like you are off to a good start.
I am a knife nut!!!! I have about 60 of them of different types.

I am currently on a Kershaw kick. I usually carry a Kershaw Skyline or JunkYard Dog I or II
Other days a Kershaw Cyclone fits the bill.
If I am at work and in scrubs then it is the Skyline as it is very light and I can clip it inside my collar (great for jogging or dog walking if you are wearing shorts).

If I am going downtown late at night, then I might have a spyderco endura or Boker Gemini along with my Glock 33 or Colt Defender.

Knives are like shoes for women, can't have to many.

ETA: I love your motto about "doing right".  It's hilarious when he says that and the old rebel lady LOLs at him.

1) Zero Tolerance 0302
2) Emerson Super SOCFK
3)Emerson / Benchmade CQC-7 spec-war BTS
4)Emerson CQC-8  " BT
5)Emerson Mini Commander

Not all at the same time of course, but i do carry 2, 1 for utility cutting and 1 for "other" cutting that hopefully never cuts anything, but it will always stay sharp that way in case i need it.

If it's the one below, it's a superb folding 'fighting' knife.  I carry the same knife and also a Victorinox multi-tool.  I practice taking out the Gerber but never use it as a 'utility' knife.  That's why I carry the multi-tool.

There is a shorter version which is around 3" but I found it too small for my hand and the blade is a little on the short side.

I've got about 2 dozen nice knives but my favorites are:

Benchmade 940

Spyderco Sage

Spyderco Paramilitary

Spyderco Delica waved

Kershaw Rake

Kershaw Blur (cpm 154 model)

HK 14205 (benchmade)

Oh yeah and my Strider SNG

Benchmade 920 is my usual go to. My favorite larger folder is the Benchmade Rift. I love that damn knife. I plan on getting an Infidel soon but hate that I can't carry it legally here in TX. It's both a "dagger" and an auto. Oh, I am also a fan of the ZT knives (a little pricey though) and the newer Boker fixed blades like the Pry Mate ( A buddy of mine carries one with the sheath static corded to his belt loop clipped IWB).

Daniel

P.S. As you can see I am a huge Osborne fan, wish I could afford his real knives.

There are rarely days I don't use a blade for something. I always have a small Kershaw Chive with the clip removed in the pocket and I typically carry a Kershaw tanto Blur or SOG Flash II, however when wearing jeans I like the Spyderco Endura with Emerson's Wave.

For cleaning my fingernails and opening mail a Kabar Dozier. For stabbing people I carry a Protech Godfather. For uniform defense a Kabar TDI. For field use a Fallkniven S1.

I quit carrying expensive knives. They seem to be the one thing that I lose regularly. My favorite one that I lost (twice, actually) was the Cold Steel Ti-Lite

Right now I have a Samurai Tactical that came free with my most recent Botach order.

Most EDC is a small swiss army knife.  I use the scissors and small blade for office tasks.  I usually keep an older S&W folder in my pocket with about a 3" blade.  Good utility knife for general knife work.  I hope I never need it for anything else!
