I'd really love to buy a PVS-14.. we have the same hardware here, but it costs at least twice as much than in the US.. but ITAR prevent a law abiding citizen from Switzerland to get one... damn, I guess this is a way to avoid the narco cartel to get them...

Of course it is, so is thermal imaging, high quality comms etc...

They also get excellent encryptable comms from non US sources, along with RPGs and hand grenades.

They have ALOT of money, they can get whatever they want.
