Ok, so here's the deal. I like the conversion functionality of the Magpul MS2 sling. I really like the clasps on the unit the locking clasp and the quick release clasp for weapon attachment. My thoughts were to making a similar sling but out of braided 550 cord for an added bonus of having 200 yards or so of 550 on hand (or shoulder). Problem is I cannot find similar clasps anywhere.
So that's why I'm posting here. I need help finding somewhere to either buy these type of clasps or buying a product that has these clasps that is not $50+ (preferably $20 or so). |
