The belt is unsecure in the back.  Often a buddy has to snap it if your load is too much.

Because the purpose of this video is to show how much shit we carry and how ridiculous it is.  LOLZ ARMY SUX





Now if the gear was properly worn, PCCs/PCIs were performed, the soldier was properly trained, and it wasn't taking place on a slick floor he would have been able to do everything very easily...but that wouldn't have shown how much the army sucks.





If all those things are performed and the soldier is still struggling, it is the leadership's responsibility to either train him better or adjust the load until he is capable of fighting.

That dude's assault pack is bigger than most rucks.  This is the aid bag that our medics use.  It's about 4 inches thick.
