Wife and I both have A855s. I rooted prior to Froyo and ran BB and Simply Stunning, had BB on the wifes. I'm perfectly happy with Simply Stunning but for some reason she wanted to go back to stock and get Verizon's 2.2. Rooting was easy enough for my dumbass to do, but UNrooting has become a royal cocksucker. I ended up using RSD Lite to put SPRecovery on her phone, I downloaded a stock 2.1 and flashed it on to her phone, thinking that she would then get pushed the 2.2 update, but so far that hasn't happened.
What can I do here? |

This is the post I followed. The 2.1 I installed when attempting to unroot must not be compatible, because I downloaded every 2.2 from every link in that post, and all failed to update in recovery. I think I'm going to need to root again, so I can find a different 2.1 to start from? |
