I am going to a 2 day appleseed course but I can only attend for one day.

How many rounds will I need for that one day?

I went through 250-ish rounds in a day, about 4 years ago.

Take at least 500 rounds.

I've done two - 460 rounds at one, and 530 rounds at the other.
