VOTE! VOTE!! VOTE!!! There had better not be a SINGLE person here that doesn't vote tomorrow, unless you already have. Save the hand wringing, whining, "oh but voting does nothing! ". Seriously, fucking save it.The work BEGINS tomorrow, all you have to do is get of your ass and vote. That's the easy part. After that we have to do our civic duty and keep the fucking heat on these people. Let's get out there and cut the fucking tumors out tomorrow! VOTE!!!

Voting is for losers. I have video games to play, man!
I want the liberal democrats (in other words, ALL democrats) to get skullfucked tomorrow. Even though my senator is about 18 points ahead, I will be there to vote. I don't know where the polls are for my congressman, but I'll vote there too. |

I already voted, but the reality is that the chance of getting anyone to fix things is about 1%. I've also met the maximum number of times one is allowed to vote. There will be a few idealists that think they can get rid of the garbage, but there will be just enough "old blood" left to screw any chance of it actually happening. |

Haven't you been reading the threads on the first page? It's either not vote at all or vote Dem because they are all the same. Same old shit. And yeah, I already voted. I've had the misfortune to read a few. The whiners make me sick. Hell, they have already started in this thread. |

You guys are making the right choice, but your idealism is cramping your outlook on reality. Even if Republicans win, there are still lots of hard time left before we finally get over the hump. Don't think for one second that all is well after November. There is still alot of work. Don't be the dumbass liberals who think after voting in their President, everyone will sing at camp fires and nobody will have to work anymore.

Anyone who thinks both parties are the same is a moron. They have not been paying attention for the last 2 years. I am 62 years old and have never seen anything like the last 2 years, not even under Carter, who was pretty damn bad. No, the Republicans aren't perfect but that's on the primary voters. That's where you vote for who you want. The general elections are not the place to do it. The damn Dems unite behind their guy and we get clobbered because of all the spoiled brats who take their ball and go home. |

But it is probably not a bad thing. http://www.stleonard-streatham.org.uk/images/choir1.jpg Lots of good men in this choir, but also a lot of spoiled brats that have themselves convinced it's all over. They've mentally given up. It's not over, far from it. Don't sit there and cry, FIGHT!

I am not so sure that many have given up. They have just gotten started on their "divide and conquer" mission. |

Takes a lot of interest to vote with any sort of knowledge. I'm voting on the usual suspects (Gov. Lt. Gov. Senator, local and state legislators, State Supt. of Schools, Insurance Commissioner, Sec. of State, Attorney General, Controller) but also Water District Supervisor, Board of Equalization, City Council, 9 Judges, two different school district trustee races, a community college trustee race, 4 local initiatives, and 9 state initiatives.

I plan on being late to work tomorrow. Yes. Already told the boss I'd be delayed. The boss (me) said it was alright. Do you know how old that stinkin' awful stupid joke is? And yet you're always tellin' that stinkin' awful stupid joke. Like I'm not already doing it enough myself.
