Just wanted to rub it in on all you Texans who weren't able to go! It was great, 8000 pounds of crawdads cooked to perfection. And Coopers Bar-B-Q is even better than the last time I was there if thats possible! I had a 3 inch thick pork chop that weighed over a pound. Wish ya'll could have been there!  [:D]

damn straight, we had a crawfish boil last night in my backyard.  Love em spicy and the potatoes are great too, even the corn!

I'll be boiling about 250# in two weeks in north Alabama. Born and raised south of I-10, 200 years of Cajun blood in my veins, weened on gumbo and crawfish bisque. Mais cher, life is good ya!
