Every time I checked they told me it would be out in 2 weeks. Holster B was marked shipped on their site right away. However they didn't actually ship it until the other holster was ready. When they arrived it was determined that Holster B was mis-labeled on their website. After several emails I found out what I needed to do to rectify this situation. I sent Holster B back to them via USPS w/confirmation. It was delievered to them on 10/14. One week later I called to find out what the deal was, since I received no notice from them. They had recieved it. Holster B is now currently on backorder, with an expected ship date of mid to late November. I will not be ordering with them in the future. |

I just bought a Safariland ALS holster this past week. You will get an email telling you the order has been received, then most likely THE SAME day you'll get another email telling you when it shipped along with shipping details and a telephone number for a rep if there are any questions. I cant recommend them enough. |

Their e-mail says it will take 7 to 10 days to get the item, but I will e-mail back and tell them to drop that one item and go ahead and ship. After that, they're good to go and ship the next day usually. |

But after this happening each of the 2 times I ordered from them, I just choose to go someplace else where I can tell if an item is in stock or not at the time of order. |

I think it needs some grip-tape on the button though. |

Ordered from them and got an email saying some things were out of stock.
Called and talked to a lady name Sue, and she was awesome. Told me to go and either find some replacements on their website and call her back at her extension and she would help me square things away. Awesome customer service and good prices, too. |

I've looked at a couple scopes and they seemed to have the best price I've found. A friend of mine put in a couple orders and was happy with them. |

I would rather pay a few dollars more and actually receive what I pay for. |

I'd call to be sure anything you want to order is in stock and in good enough supply that if you place an order you won't have to deal with their backorder BS. I've dealt with them twice, both times I ended up canceling my orders.
I gave them a try about a year ago and ordered a holster, got the ON BACKORDER email the next day, so I tried to be patient. I waited 3 weeks and called to see if they knew when it would be in. I was told less than two weeks. I let another 3 weeks pass and called again...again told it will be in stock in about two weeks. Waited another week and called back, same line, two weeks, so I canceled my order. I decided maybe I wasn't patient enough last time and placed another order over the summer, again for a holster. Got the ON BACKORDER email again as I expected, so this time I waited a month before I called to check on the order. Two weeks, it'll be in I'm told. I figured as much, so I gave it 6 more weeks and called again...it'll be here in about two weeks, and on top of that, the date they gave me ended up being a Sunday. When I asked about how my holster is coming in on a day that carriers don't generally deliver, the guy bumbled around on the phone for a couple of minutes and said he meant the next day after that. I asked if he really had any idea when it would actually arrive, he said it should be about two weeks, like he already told me....canceled this order after waiting nearly 3 months. I'll never deal with them again. Maybe they're better for anything except holsters, but I'll never take the time to find out. |

You really do not know whether they have the product in stock at the time you are placing an order.......my experience is that they frequently are out of stock for an item. They then lie to you about a future shipping date for the item. There are companies out there that are more honest and cheaper for what ever you are buying. |
