I currently have an iphone 3G. It appears as though there is a decent market out there for older iphones, as they can be jailbroken. So basically, I'm considering upgrading to new iphone 4 and selling my old 3G to cover the cost.
But I'm looking for some feedback on the iphone 4, as online reviews word of mouth from a few friends is undecided. Some absolutely love the phone, where some say that it drops calls more often because of the antenna issue. So, to those that have switched to a newer model, do you like it more? |

I went from a 3Gs to the 4 and so far I like it better. The screen is better, way better battery life and the flat sides lets it stand on end if you watch a movie. It takes about 2 weeks to get your free case, or you can buy another one and have the free one as a spare like me. Oh and the camera has a zoom and a flash now as well. Go for it! |

I believe the free case offer ended on the last day of september. |

And every model iPhone to date can be jailbroken. |

I drop about the same number of calls. I think it is more on AT&T than the phone. The iPhone 4 was a big upgrade from a 3G for me. A lot faster. Much better camera. Facetime is really cool if you have people to call on wifi. (does not work on AT&T yet) thiner. I use a case so the antenna thing is not an issue for me. Franky it probably only impacted lefties anyway. |
