Left link cold. Repealing Obamacare should be top priority.

What Should GOP Make Top Priority if Party Wins?

Repeal Obama's health care law 56.17% (13,733 votes)
Cut the deficit 7.54% (1,843 votes)
Extend Bush tax cuts 8.71% (2,130 votes)
Reform the income tax code 3% (734 votes)
Reduce Big Government 19.6% (4,793 votes)
End the war in Afghanistan 1.91% (468 votes)
Fix Social Security 0.92% (224 votes)
Other (post a comment) 2.14% (523 votes)
Total Votes: 24,448

I voted for Reduce Big Government. There are many smaller but cumulative things that could be done that would have an, overall, larger effect in coming years.

need a top 10 list....

I voted to repeal, but honesty it's needs to all of the above. I would prioritize repeal, but the 2nd task would be to de-fund everything. Let every department and program start at zero and then figure what dept's need money.

Until the GOP figures out that tax payers are more important than gov't, we are any better off.

They'll probably talk in the beginning about all those the OP listed. In reality, they will go on just like the dems do, taxing and spending. Money being doled out to campaign contributors. Pork being brought home for useless projects.

Let's not kid each other, unless it's a tea party sweep, we're fucked.

And when the pubs do take office, EVERYTHING they do will be demonized by the MSM as hurting the country, even though without killing the cancer, we die anyway.

Rino's will ultimately be the end of us.

I'm a little jaded, since I've seen this before. Remember the contract for America. What did it accomplish?

These guys know, Americans have short memories, well most of them do. With only a 2 party system, what are they going to do? Vote for a dem? We need a better way of holding these turds feet to the fire. 4 or 6 years from now is not cutting it.

I heard one of these guys speaking one time. He was asked by someone in the crowd why he voted for a certain bill. His answer was some whiny bullshit about how up there, sometimes you have to go along to get along. In other words, you have to sell out your principles to get anything done. This is what's wrong with the system.

Freedom of the press really is a double edged sword. The liberal MSM has the right to say anything they want, good or bad. Too many Americans do not have the good sense to separate the bad from the good and politically will always come down on the side who promises them the most free shit.

Reduce big government pretty much covers all of the other choices.
