have to remove your EDC gun from it;s holster (restroom, change clothes, enter a restricted area, etc.)?  I would say it is 5 to 7 for me.

And everyone is in before the poll

Just when I go to school to pick up my daughter.

Almost never.  I put it on in the morning and take it off at night.  My normal carry holster is a Summer Special with snap-on belt loops, so I can remove the gun from my belt without removing it from the holster.

Never, it's in a pocket holster.

5 to 7?  IMHO, the more you finger fuck with your gun - the more likely you are to have a ND.

Can't see any reason other than Federal Building, etc to remove and secure in the vehicle.

Please explain.

You shouldn't have to remove your piece to drop a deuce. You're doing it wrong.

Me? Once in the morning when it goes from nightstand to holster and once in the evening when it goes from holster to nightstand.

Uh, I don't normally take it out for any reason threw out the day.

Since I really don't have a need to actually carry it concealed, it just stays in my LT BOB. In my state I can carry in my car, and luckily my boss is absolutely cool with me carrying at work. I rarely go anywhere where I can't have my G19 with me at all times.

Almost never.

The holster comes out/off, not the weapon.

Maybe once or twice, and one of those times is "outta the holster, onto the nightstand."  The other time depends on my whereabouts throughout the day.

Twice when it goes in and out of the safe.

It gets removed maybe once every week or two when I shoot it.  Other than that it stays in the holster.  Why remove it?  It makes no sense to me, at least not when, as in my case, it's a gun with a quality rust resistant finish and a kydex holster that offers positive retention of both the gun and on the belt.

I use a fobus paddle holster, so I don't have to take my gun out of the holster to drop a deuce or go in a changing room and try on clothes

My gun never comes out of the holster, unless I'm changing guns (G19->G17) or going to clean them or to dry fire.

In a restroom, I take the whole holster off.

I never remove it from the holster. I have a paddle, so I just take off the holster if I need to.
