I had almost the exact same issue with my Phantom (crack near trigger guard). I called them up and got a replacement within a week or two. I keep forgetting to switch to the new one, as my old one still functions ( the crack hasn't spread yet).
Their customer service was excellent. I've had my Phantom and worn it daily for a little more than a year now and love it. |
