It depends. Usually dark, but sometimes the others are what is suitable for the moment. Actually 8 seconds if you wanted to beat me to first post.

Can't stand dark chocolate, or semi-sweet either. I bought one of those 42oz bags of M&M's a couple weeks ago and it lasted me 4 days. Before I started trending away from sweets The wife got me a bag of dark chocolate M&M's.
