I saw one of these at a local shop last week. It was cheap - $250 or so - and I like that it has "true" 1911 controls. The dealer said that a threaded barrel is available, so I could even use it as a suppressor host. http://chiappafirearms.com/products/74  Anybody got one of these? I don't own one, but have sold a few and people seem to like them The one I handled certainly didn't feel like a real 1911 or even a Ruger Mk - but the controls and the possibility of a threaded barrel made the whole package very tempting. Especially given the price. |
