If a Leo discovers you have a dead hooker in the trunk, and the hooker had somehow ingested several pounds of blow...
Would you also be charged with illegal drug possession ?

While you could be charged with possession I doubt you would.
If a guy robs a bank and then he runs accross the street in the middle of the block between two improved intersections to get into his getaway car, he is guilty of jaywalking along with bank robbery. If I caught and arrested him, he would not be charged with the jaywalking. There are times when you don't charge a person with everything you could, it's a waist of tax dollars. |

Might, for that hooker might be a Mule. Mules, as we usually know them, are body packers, so being dead is not the intended action.............though it can occur. BUT, what if the intended means of transport was inside a dead body? As such, why not charge the person with possession? Someone had a hell of a night. I'd stay away from the police, sell the drugs to the poster's that want to legalize pot on the forum in EE and sell the dead hooker to someone from the zombie pie thread. Then buy an AR15 with the profits.
